What is
individual counseling?

Individual counseling is a deeply personal process — just you and your therapist, working together in a space free from judgment. It's not about being told what to do. It's about discovering new ways of understanding yourself, your patterns, and your pain.

Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply feeling like something is off, individual therapy offers the time, attention, and care to help you make sense of it all.

Minimal Abstract Strokes

is counseling right for you?

Insight. clarity. lasting change.

You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to seek support. These are the people I work with most.

01

Those carrying grief

If you've experienced a loss — of a person, a relationship, a version of yourself — and feel like you can't quite catch your breath, therapy offers a place to honor that without being rushed through it.

04

People in life transitions

Divorce, career change, loss of identity, becoming a parent, aging — transitions can uproot us. Therapy is a place to process change and rediscover who you are within it.

02

People living with anxiety

Constant worry, racing thoughts, the feeling that something bad is always about to happen. Therapy helps you understand the roots of anxiety and build a calmer, more grounded relationship with it.

05

Those with trauma histories

Past experiences can shape the present in ways we don't always recognize. Trauma-informed therapy offers a gentle path toward understanding and healing those deeper wounds.

03

Those navigating depression

When life loses its color and getting through the day feels like an enormous effort, individual counseling offers steady, caring support to help you find your way back to yourself.

06

Anyone seeking growth

You don't need to be struggling to benefit from therapy. Many people come simply to understand themselves better, communicate more effectively, and live more fully.
