Deborah Kelly, LCSW-QS, earned her Master of Social Work from The University of Tennessee and is a seasoned clinician with over 17 years of experience spanning community mental health, family systems, in-home counseling, grief counseling, and private practice.
As Founder of Kelly Clinical Consulting, LLC, she now focuses exclusively on supervision, consultation, and advanced training for mental health professionals. Recognized as a Qualified Supervisor, Deborah brings a trauma-informed, relational lens to her work, supporting clinicians with the tools and insight to grow with confidence, resilience, and clarity.
